F18 Rewards

What is the F18 Rewards scheme?

It is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like account creation, birthdays, social activity and purchases. You can use the points as discount on future purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Who can join?

Any customer with a Function18 account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for different actions, including marketing signups and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, visit the Rewards tab in your account. You can use your points for discount when your balance is over 250 points.

£1 spent = 1 point earned.

For international customers, when placing an order in a currency other than GBP, points will be given based on a calculation back to GBP using the exchange rate of the day.

How do I view my points balance?

Your points balance will be shown in our website pre-header, when logged in, or in the rewards section of your account pages.

How do I redeem my points?

Login via "My Account" in the top right corner of the website. Then there will be a section on the checkout page where you can choose how many rewards points you would like to redeem, and take them off your order as a monetary discount.

You must have a minimum of 250 points to be able to redeem them for a discount.

50 points = £1 discount

For international customers, entering the points you want to use at checkout will show as discount in GBP, but also calculate and display this in your local currency in the summary at the bottom of the page.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, go ahead and earn as many as you can.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

  • Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and takes 30 days.

  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you return/cancel an order (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Why did my account balance go down?

This is most likely because you cancelled or returned a purchase, but if you want to question this please contact us.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be un-enrolled. We will remove you from the program and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
