Golfers may be putting on their Lyle & Scott clothing with renewed vigour in the coming months as they may be about to get some help with their swing from Tiger himself.
The former world number one has launched an iPhone app, Tiger Woods: My Swing, to give amateur golfers lessons on their game.
Users of the new app will be able to analyse their swing side by side with one of the greats of the game.
The introduction of the app could persuade some amateurs to throw on their favourite golf shirt and get out on the course to improve their game.
All proceeds from the sale of the app will be donated to the Tiger Woods Foundation, which promotes youth education.
Woods said: "Everything about this app is based on how I practice. I've rebuilt my swing a number of times over the years and use this technology to gauge my development and help with my swing transitions."
People looking to catch a glimpse of Woods may wish to check out the upcoming Bay Hill event, which he will compete in as he continues his preparations for The Masters next month.
