IJP Design Autumn / Winter 2013 golf clothing is about to hit Function18.
This will be the 13th collection to date, encompassing bright and sophisticated styles with a sporty and stylish finish. The new tartan palettes combine a diverse mix of shades including ultramarine, raspberry, and ink.
A further line within the Autumn / Winter collection named ‘Resort’ will added from 1st December. The ‘Resort’ line combines a duck egg shade designed to seamlessly blend with the refreshed palettes in the Spring / Summer 2014 collection, meaning garments can be mixed and matched across seasons.
Each tartan palate expresses bold, yet sophisticated style, and draws inspiration from the trans-am series and the illustrious American artist Gene Davis; famous for his use of colour and love of vertical stripes. There are slight references throughout the collection including the use of monotone shades, laced with a complementary drop of raspberry throughout the fashion colour pallet.
Performance and functionality continue to be key elements of the IJP Design range with the introduction of several new technical fabrics across the collection. “Quadtech” is a fabric that is lightweight, breathable and water repellent. “Quadtech” is also a stretchy material that provides freedom for movement. “Tech tartan” has a twill stretch base and is the lightest fabric that IJP Design have used to date.
Founder of IJP Design and PGA Tour star, Ian Poulter, says, “It’s great to see the evolution of the IJP Design brand with every new collection that we launch. We’ve got some great new fabrics, styles and colours that will blend seamlessly with the new spring summer 14 range when it launches – it’s an exciting time for us!”
IJP Design produces luxury, fashionable golf apparel that performs to the utmost standards and stands out on the golf course. Collections are designed based on widespread feedback from golfers and Ian Poulter himself, ensuring the innovation of each line is functional and perfectly tailored to the very last detail.
