Lee-Anne Pace to wear Puma golf clothing in 2011

South African female golfer Lee-Anne Pace has signed a new equipment deal with Cobra Golf as well as an agreement to wear Puma golf clothing and golf shoes.

Pace won the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit in 2010 and has joined a growing list of female players wearing Puma golf clothing on the course.

The South African made her mark on the LPGA Tour in 2007, claiming five wins at the Swiss Open, the Wales Championship of Europe, Finnair Masters, Sanya Open and the Suzhou Taihu Ladies Open.

She joins Lexi Thompson and Anna Nordqvist, who both recently signed deals with the brand as well as male pro Johan Edfors.

Bob Philion, president of Cobra-Puma Golf, said: "We're excited Lee-Anne is joining us. She's a driven competitor with a fearless yet fun style making her a perfect ambassador for our brands."

Pace said: "I love the colourful look of the clothing and I have full confidence in my clubs. I'm ready to hit the course with my new look and new equipment."
