Denmark’s Thomas Bjorn stormed his way to the Omega European Masters title with a blistering final round nine under-par 62. It was Bjorn’s second straight title on golf’s European Tour.
The 40-year-old started his round three shots back from overnight leader Jamie Donaldson. Bjorn’s round included an eagle, nine birdies and two bogeys, leaving him four shots clear and a final total of 20-under at Crans-sur- Sierre, Switzerland.
Nike Golf’s Simon Dyson finished tied 16th following a disappointing third round 74. Dyson now stands in 10th position on the European money list with season earnings of €998,904.
