Bernhard Langer shot a tournament record to win the ACE Group Classic on Sunday (February 21st).
The German was in top form in his golf clothing, carding a 20-under-par 196 to finish four shots ahead of the field.
Langer, 53, had the comfort of a four-shot lead heading into the final round and he held off the strong challenge of Fred Funk to maintain his lead at the end of the day.
He even birdied the last for good measure as he proved that he still has the quality to get his name etched onto some new silverware.
"It's always exciting winning," said Langer, whose victory was his 14th on the Champions Tour win.
"It never gets old no matter where or how big the tournament; whether it's a major or not. Winning is what we're out here for, what I practice for."
The two-time Masters winner was the world's first official number one ranked player back in 1986.
