Too big? Too small? Doesn't match your shoes? Read our Rules of Returns.

At Function18.com we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, so we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. We will refund the value of the returned items using the original payment method, within 2 working days of receiving the goods.

Rules of Returns

When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be returned.

Product Exchange

If you are looking to replace an unsuitable item we ask that you re-visit the website to complete a new order and send any unwanted items back for refund, having completed section A on the back of your invoice.

Due to the fast-moving nature of our product range, we cannot administer exchanges on any products purchased from Function18.com. However, if you re-order from the website we will refund the standard £3.95 carriage amount applied to the replacement order. This procedure has been put in place to benefit you the customer, ensuring that we turn around your required garments as soon as possible and FREE OF CHARGE.

Product Exchange

If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact info@function18.com with your order number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Return your order by post

Repackage the products you wish to return and include your original invoice having taken a copy for your own records and completed the returns section on the back. Then take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us, therefore, we recommend that you send the goods by the “Signed For” service or some other form of insured postage.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty please follow the returns procedure in the previous section and we will supply replacement goods or a full refund of the purchase price including the original delivery charge. Function18.com will also refund the cost of returning the faulty item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as statement of the return cost).

‘Faulty’ means that the item has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not faulty if it has become damaged or faulty because of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that Function18.com checks the quality and workmanship of goods prior to dispatch.
