Postage Costs

All UK customers will qualify for FREE Standard carriage (2-3 day tracked delivery service provided by Royal Mail.)

All UK customers spending over £100 will qualify for FREE Next Day delivery, provided by Interlink Express. If your order is less than £100 then Next Day delivery is available at a cost of £1.95.

The Interlink Express service incorporates text message, email delivery tracking and a predicted 1 hour delivery time slot. If your allocated time slot is not convenient then you can easily re-arrange delivery via text or email after your order has shipped.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2.30pm on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted.
Orders placed after this 2.30pm deadline will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Tracking

If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact info@function18.com with your order number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Overseas Shipping

Shipping to all countries within the European Union is available at a cost of £9.95 and will take approximately 3 working days.

Shipping to the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and all other countries outside of the European Union is available at a cost of £14.95. The shipping time to these countries is 5 working days but this can be extended due to delays in customs. Please be aware that import duty may be payable on receipt of orders shipped outside of the European Union.
