Delivery Information
All items at Function18.com are in stock and ready for UK delivery within 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Next day delivery is available on all UK orders but an additional charge will apply.
Postage Costs
All UK customers spending over £75 will qualify for FREE carriage. Function18.com use a 2-3 day tracked delivery service provided by Royal Mail.
Orders under £75 will use the same service at a cost of £3.95.
Next day delivery is available at an additional cost of £3.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted. Orders placed after this 2pm deadline will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Tracking
If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact info@function18.com with your order number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Overseas Shipping
Shipping to the following countries outside of the UK is available and an additional charge of £6.00 will apply:-
Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Shipping to the United States and Canada is also available and an additional charge of £11.00 will apply.
